Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ginger Bloom Sips & Slips. We take pride in the quality of our herbal wellness products and handcrafted self-care items. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Herbal wellness products (teas, ginger shots, sea moss, consumables)

  • Intimate apparel (lingerie, camisoles, slips)

  • Personal care items

These items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-intimate, non-consumable items may be eligible for return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is returned in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. How to Request a Return

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, you may return it (if approved) and place a new order for the correct item.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

7. Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Opened consumable products

  • Worn or washed garments

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to this Refund & Returns Policy.
